Born in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, in 1975, my journey has been shaped by a lifelong passion for leadership, public service, and aviation.
After studying law and earning a Master’s degree in Economic Law, I continued my education at the Singapore Aviation Academy, further deepening my commitment to the aviation industry.
Throughout my career, I have served in public administration, international organizations, and the private sector, from the Presidential Office and the Civil Aviation Administration of Moldova to international consulting and aerospace initiatives.
Today, as Co-Founder and Chairman of Avant Airports and Chairman of the International Aerospace Committee in Montreal, I remain driven by one conviction: that aviation is more than an industry-it is a bridge between people, economies, and opportunities.
This blog is where I share the experiences, ideas, and lessons gathered along that journey.
